Guarantee Policy
Only the highest materials are used in the manufacture of our Exotix designs.
Replacement and exchange can only be considered when products have been treated
with care. The guarantee does not cover everyday wear and tear.

Leather goods and quality jewellery pieces have a six month guarantee from date of purchase. | |

|
Style bags and casual lifestyle bags are guaranteed for two months from date of purchase. | |
|
|
Due to health regulations no returns will be accepted on wearable items i.e. wraps, scarves and earrings unless faulty when received. | |
|
|
Exotix has no refund policy. Credits will be considered by Head Office only. |
Return & Exchange Policy

All Returns and Exchanges must be completed within guarantee. | |
|
|
Customers who would like to return or exchange an item must contact their Exotix Style Coordinator. | |
|
|
The Product Action Request Form will then be completed in full by the Exotix Style Coordinator. | |
|
|
All product exchanges must be posted to: Head Office 469 Hawthorn Road, Caulfield Victoria, 3162. |
|
|
|
The Product Action Request will be assessed by Head Office and then actioned. |
Delivery Policy
|
|
Exotix Fashion Accessories dispatch orders either through Australia Post if you are within the metropolitan Melbourne area, an Exotix courier will deliver the order at your preferred destination and time. | |
|
|
Fully paid orders to any location are always sent registered mail. | |
|
|
Orders outside the Melbourne metropolitan area are automatically sent registered post or COD via Australia Post. | |
|
|
All interstate orders are posted either registered post or COD. |
